These terms govern your use of adsquire.com and any services provided by ADSQUIRE. By using the site you agree to them.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using this website you agree to be bound by these terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Services

ADSQUIRE provides digital advertising services to law firms, including pay-per-click management, Local Services Ads management, brand advertising and AI placement. The scope, deliverables and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal.

Engagements run month to month. There are no set-up fees and no cancellation fees.

3. Advertising spend

Advertising spend is paid directly to the relevant platform and is separate from ADSQUIRE's management fee. Platform pricing, auction dynamics and policy decisions are outside our control.

4. No guarantee of results

We manage campaigns to a professional standard, but advertising performance depends on factors including market competition, budget, practice area and platform behaviour. Nothing on this website is a guarantee of a particular outcome.

5. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you supply, for compliance with the advertising rules of your state bar, and for timely review and approval of creative where approval is required.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and code, is the property of ADSQUIRE or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADSQUIRE is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
