Google Adds Post Scheduling to GBP… Finally

Google Business Profiles just rolled out something we’ve all been waiting for: a post scheduling button. Yes, really. No more third-party tools, no more reminders, no more scrambling to post updates in real time.

Even better, they added a second new feature that’s actually useful:

You can now publish the same post across multiple Google Business Profiles at once if you manage more than one location.

Why this matters

For anyone managing multiple locations (especially in legal, where firms often have several offices), this update cuts out a ton of repetitive busywork. Post once → schedule it → automatically publish everywhere you need. Simple.

A rare Google update we can actually celebrate

Unlike some of the “surprise” updates we’ve been getting lately (looking at you, forced Waze placements), this one makes workflows easier rather than messier. It also means:

  • Less time manually posting

  • More consistency across locations

  • Fewer opportunities to forget or fall behind

Bottom line

This is one of those rare Google changes that’s actually a win for legal marketers.
Schedule your posts. Push them out to all your locations. Keep things consistent

Google is rolling out new Pro Performance Indicators inside Google Ads- another layer of recommendations designed to tell advertisers where campaigns are supposedly underperforming. The issue? A lot of these “warnings” feel less like performance insights and more like pressure to loosen control.

If you’re running Google Ads for injury lawyers right now, the search results page and search bar itself are starting to look very different. Google’s newest test? Dynamically changing colors of the search button and background.

Google has quietly introduced a subtle but potentially significant difference in how users interact with paid search results: the buttons.
